Enrollment Plans and Site-Specific Solutions:

Just as we implement a unique strategy for each clinical trial, we also use a unique strategy for working with each site.  Our medical oncology team leverages the relationships and insight it has with each site to develop a site-specific approach to reach above target enrollment.  The cornerstone of this solution is the site-specific enrollment plan. We create an enrollment plan for each site participating in a study that organizes site-specific study data, insights, strategies, and tactics in one location. Together, this information allows our team to measure site performance against individual site enrollment goals. By monitoring site performance against medical oncology support and strategies, DAVA can quickly identify the best solutions for each investigator and continue to build on this success.
